Overwhelmed? Here’s Why…

…ever have one of those days when you feel like you’re in a mental quicksand?

You know what you should be doing, but, boy, does it seem like you’ll never get it done.

We’ve all been there.

Well, those of us that get off our arse and do something…that is. : )

Now, sometimes it’s a learning curve you’ve got to get over. Like I had to with writing fiction.

Took me the longest time to get my head around coming up with storylines. – All seemed double dutch until I got
the hang of it.

And….sometimes it’s a sign that you shouldn’t be doing what you’re doing.

As Troy Broussard once said, you never get overwhelmed doing something you love.

And I kinda agree with him.

Because it doesn’t seem like work.

You look forward to learning more about it.

And you get lost in what you’re doing.

If any of the above isn’t happening, it might be a sign you’re on the wrong path, or that you need to outsource
the bits you hate.

Because, hard as it is to believe, some people actually like doing the work you hate doing.

And would do it for free…because they love it so much.

I wouldn’t expect anyone to write a book for me for free…but if I was back to hiring ghostwriters again.

I’d make sure to blow the dust off this baby.
