The Wonky Sat Nav
…a few years back, I picked up a cheap Sat Nav at a bargain price.
Never having one before, and thinking I wouldn’t be using that much, I gave over my twenty-pound and took it home.
And over the next few months, I came to realize why it so was cheap.
The maps that the device had were out of date.
Some days it would show me roads that didn’t exist anymore.
And other times it would put me down small country roads, because it didn’t realize that there was a huge bypass half a mile away.
On those occasions, Mrs. Mac would roll her eyes and again mention that I should toss it away….or at least purchase the new maps it needed.
The maps cost more than the thing was worth, and being a man, I stubbornly refused to do either until it eventually died and went to that place dead Sat Nav’s go to.
Thing is, your head right now is like that wonky Sat Nav.
There are opportunities right beside you that you can’t see.
And you’re probably doing things you’ve always done, because, well, that’s the way they’ve always been done….and you’re not trying anything new.
Then there are other people that have a completely different mental map than you have.
They see money-making opportunities everywhere.
And they can see how to connect two random things together to make something amazing.
You, on the other hand, are running off down country lanes and ending up in cul-de-sacs.
That’s why you need to take a look at your mental programming.
Doesn’t matter what course you buy, the book you read, or the coach you hire, you’re going to run all of that advice and content through that old software in your noggin.
You’ll never outperform that software you’ve got installed in your head right now.
How do you change it?
Go find books like ‘The Strangest Secret’ by Earl Nightingale, or Maxwell Maltz book ‘Psycho-Cybernetics’….and study them.
Because the more you know about the software in your head, and how to update it, the more opportunities you’ll start to see open up.
That’s also probably why this report didn’t register with you.

Because, like my dead Sat Nav, it’s probably not taking as good care of you as it should be.
Have a good one!
